Ashvale Contracting Ltd were asked to help with a range of projects at the Dower House, Burwarton. As well as converting one of the outbuildings into smart garden rooms, the team was also tasked with building a new bespoke outdoor swimming pool, construction of a large new garden Pergola with a bar and built in barbecue, and also several other garden features including a bespoke patio and extensive decorative paving. The team also built new curved walling at the main entrance to the estate and installed brand new bespoke entrance gates along with bespoke paving to compliment the new arrangement.
As with every project Ashvale Contracting Ltd undertakes, every effort was made to ensure the clients wishes were met. For each phase of the works good communication was key to sourcing materials that would achieve the desired finishes of each area.
