This stylish new home in Pontesbury was designed to make the best use of an unusually shaped plot of land. The house was built with traditional block and brick construction but with extra wide cavities allowing an arrangement and quantity of insulation which ensures very little heat loss. This house also incorporates a modern and efficient MVHR system which greatly reduces the energy required to heat the property, and also allows the building to breathe properly. As with many projects, Ashvale Contracting Ltd was able to carry through the build from start to finish including all site preparation, drainage and arrangement of utility connections. Our skilled team finished the property to a high standard, laying floors, roofing, tiling and painting both inside and out. As well as the main property, a new garage was constructed and landscaping completed as per the approved design.
